A really nice re design, I agree that the search is big but if that is used a lot in the site and this is how people want to look through the site rather than having to sieve through content then I think that it works by making it quite a feature.

I think that the content is important but in the old site it was the only thing that you could see really and people aren’t likely to try and read all of that and be put off. If the initial appearance is welcome some are more inclined to carry on reading.

I am new to the PSDfan website and have really enjoyed many of the features, in particular the 30-minute redesign has been my favorite. It’s really cool to see what a professional does with mediocre sites. I believe that I have a website worthy of a 30-minute redesign.

The Orange County Symphony (based in Anaheim, California) is a newly revived non-profit organization that features several professional performance ensembles. Being a non-profit organization, we don’t have the budget to have a professional redesign the site but it DESPERATELY needs it. We would like to have a website that is representative of the level of the quality of the organization, which you can clearly see is lacking right now.

The website is located at http://www.ocsymphony.org. This organization is gaining in notoriety and we would be happy to advertise your business on our website and in our print materials in exchange for a website redesign.

This redesign is definitely an improvement of the original design. The text is much more readable, less cluttered and the overall design stands out much more with the blue header and bigger search box.
