Announcing the FanExtra Designer Toolkit

Today I’m really excited to announce a big development for all our readers and subscribers.

You see, in the past we’ve offered a lot of freebies, but things have been pretty disorganized. Accessing all the freebies meant browsing across various blog posts, going through welcome emails and it was frankly a bit of a mess.

This week I’ve put together a central area called the Designer Toolkit. This will house all of our freebies, including brushes, UI kits, icons and of course our weekly high-resolution Texture Thursday packs.

In total there are already hundreds of freebies waiting for you, and we’ll be adding more regularly.

You don’t need to do anything else. As a subscriber you have access to this area as long as you remain subscribed. If you’re not subscribed to our newsletter yet, you should definitely try it, it’s the best way to get our great design content on a weekly basis, as well as hundreds of freebies.

You can subscribe below and get instant access to your Designer Toolkit area:

I hope that you’ll go and enjoy these items and put them to good use. Please feel free to leave a comment with anything you create using these resources.

    Awesome stuff, Tom, thank you!
I’m a bit late on to making use of textures and other resources so collating them in one place will be really helpful to me. I’ll let you know what I come up with… :)

You’re welcome Mark! It’s definitely been too disorganized in the past, so it will hopefully help everyone to have a huge selection of freebies like this in a central place.

I’d love to know what you create using any of the freebies btw :) .

Thanks Tom, this is a really great resource.

  3. Thank you very much, Tom. These are very useful. Freebies tend to be less good compared to commercial stocks and design elements (at least in most cases) but these are actually much better than what I’ve seen on stock sites so far.
