We know how much you guys love Photoshop tutorials, so have been pouring efforts into this area of the site. We’re compiling a great team of authors and will be releasing much more regular tutorials in the future. Apologies for the slight lapse in the last week or so, I’ve was totally out of action with a terrible case of tonsillitis.
We’ve got some tutorial concepts already lined up, but wanted to make sure that we’re meeting the needs of all our readers. That’s why we’d like to know exactly what types of tutorial interest you the most. We hope that you’ll take part in the poll below and let us know. Better yet, if you have a specific topic or final result in mind let us know in the comments to this post. We’re always open to tutorial ideas and will always try to help.
This Wednesday I’ll be showing you how to create the retro-futurism outcome shown below. This is a pretty detailed tutorial, so should have something for all skill levels:
Tom is the founder of PSDFAN. He loves writing tutorials, learning more about design and interacting with the community. On a more interesting note he can also play guitar hero drunk with his teeth.

Thank you so much for this post. I want to let you know that I posted a link to your blog in CBH Digital Scrapbooking Freebies, under the Page 4 post on Jun. 28, 2011. Thanks again.
I put in my vote! I’m sure glad you are over your tonsillitis. That is no fun!
I had to comment. I noticed that Creative Busy Hand has found you. They post freebies and tutorials in the digi-scrapbooking, design and crafting communities. (I think I have one of their blinkies on my blog. They catch every one of my posts in which I have a freebie to offer.) Good resource in which to be listed! There are some of us that really love the Photoshop and design sites like yours. I’m glad to see CBH posting your goods, too!
Way to go!
Su
Thanks Su, it was pretty awful lol! Yeah, it’s always great to be listed at other resource sites.
Btw, I really appreciate the ongoing support, it’s great to see you as such an active community member .
I am also interested in finding out more of what the readers would like to see so that I can tailor some of my tutorials to you guys! Let us know!
Looks like photo-manipulation is right up there. I’m happy to cover some more web design tutorials and poster design. I’ll leave this poll open permanently though, it can sometimes give you a better idea if you check back in a few weeks.
