I would appreciate your gentle advice about my site – http://www.hrddesign.com/ . I’m a graphic designer and know that I’ve needed to redesign the site for a little while now. I haven’t quite been able to narrow down my ideas to just one or two yet, as I continue to put it off and work on my paying jobs. I could also use some suggestions about making the site work better than it does now, either as a multi-page or single page site. Thank you!

I would love for you to look at http://www.kiwiservices.com give me some clear advice or a redesign that I can pitch. Our site is about homecare services we provide, starting with carpet cleaning. Our problem is we have ten different services. We provide chat quotes, email quotes, and phone quotes mainly. We have a lot of great selling points but this company has focused so much on being “local” national brand that it is excessly deep and I don’t believe the navigation is clear. I see a lot of issues with this site, partially due to your tutorial here, but most of the ideas I suggest are met with resistance. Perhaps you could give me suggestions that could help turn this potentially very succesful site around.

Jarod: Thanks so much It’s always great to hear comments like that. I’ll definitely write up a post about the ins and outs of redesign, I really like that idea. Look out for it shortly after launch week is over (I’ll just be posting tutorials this week).
