Not to mention dedicated support, installation help, and other bonuses like discounts on hosting and more that our members get access to. This is incredible value. Plus, we're currently tweaking both current themes (Osea will get a considerable upgrade first) which will go live within a week. Not to mention the fact we have an award-winning theme already.
