As designers we can often go a little over the top with our use of color. It’s important to remember that sometimes subtlety works best, and that a muted color-palette can portray more creativity and skill than brash colors.

A collection of really nice sites. The colours used go very well together and all the sites stand out. I especially like fantasy cartography and creative payne but all the sites are equally as good. I could definitely use some of these sites for new inspiration.

always thought http://www.epsmunrochallenge.com/ was quite a muted colour scheme when I designed it..
