Every site has some merits, and the good impressions I made here are these:
The header area is well designed and relevant to the blog. The logo uses a sleek, futuristic typeface that fits well with the theme of the blog. The header background is also visually relevant, using a faint pattern of binary code to add detail.
The large white logo text contrasts well against the dark blue background.
Tom is the founder of PSDFAN. He loves writing tutorials, learning more about design and interacting with the community. On a more interesting note he can also play guitar hero drunk with his teeth.
