Today I’m going to be redesigning Geared for Design, the design portfolio of Molly Rose Odell.

First Impressions: Strengths
Every site has some merits, and the good impressions I made here are these:
Good Branding, Visually Supported
The entire brand for this site is centered around the ‘geared’ theme which is present in the domain name.
The current design is actually quite memorable because it is so closely linked to the idea of ‘gears’ and cogs. This provides a strong visual base for the site and makes it unique and striking.
About the Author:
Tom is the founder of PSDFAN. He loves writing tutorials, learning more about design and interacting with the community. On a more interesting note he can also play guitar hero drunk with his teeth.
