I have tried some month ago “Color Browser” but was not real satisfied. Think the web version is real better.

Don’t forget about Adobe Kuler—only requirement is an Adobe ID to be able to login, create and save your own color swatches

That’s a good set of web apps right there but I am a bit concerned about those Adobe AIR based apps when it comes to security as we all know Adobe AIR apps have full control over the file system unlike Flash and Javascript which are restricted by the Same Origin Policy.
I am not a programmer but can create web applications in minutes using Snappii web service. Such apps are easy to update and besides I don’t have to join Apple or Google Developer Programs (that saves me money) and this way I avoid app review process which saves my time. I advice all to try it.
