PSDFAN 3.0 – Coming Soon!

Where I’ve Been

Apologies for the lack of updates everyone. I’ve been away in Tenerife on vacation and unfortunately they were having seriously problems with their internet in the resort. This means that not only could I not post, but I’ve come back to a mountain of emails and comments. I’ve been working my way through all of this today, and will begin posting again tomorrow. I’ve got a lot of great tutorials and inspiration posts lined up, so for those of you who were worrying about when the next post is coming, we’ve got plenty!

We’re Relaunching!

I’ve also got some fantastic news! PSDFAN is relaunching. After existing for a little over a year now, I felt that it was time to take things to the next level with the site.

Asides from a snazzy new look, I’ll be expanding the great community here. There will be a far greater focus on author profiles as well as a new members area. The members area probably won’t launch at the exact same time as the new website, but it’s coming very soon. I’ve honestly never been so excited about a site relaunch, as the new PSDFAN should be a far better experience for you all. I’ll leave the details until the official unveiling, but I hope that you’ll like the new site as much as I do.

Writers Needed

In the spirit of expanding things I’m keen to build up a dedicated team of writers. I already work with some very talented writers such as Simon Hubbert and Andre Oliveira, whose names you may recognize from several of the current posts. However, as I’ll be pouring a lot of time into expanding the members area, and eventually building up a network of tutorial sites, I’ve taken the decision to have a larger team of excellent writers to help out.

I’ll post more details on this after the relaunch, but if you’re interested in writing for PSDFAN, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I’ll still be posting often myself, as I’m particularly looking into getting back into some great tutorials. However, I feel that as PSDFAN continues to expand, building up a team of people to work with is the next logical step.
