In anticipation of several print/poster design tutorials that I’m planning, I wanted to research some great free retro fonts for this purpose. I’ve scoured the web and found some really excellent retro/elaborate fonts that would be perfect for poster designs, print work, or creating retro web designs.
Please let me know your favorites and where you may get a chance to use them.

Great list of fonts, tom is there a chance that we could get some sort of tutorial to make these 3D or in some way more effective? my favorite font in this list is grenadier.

Can I use the fonts for a book?
You’ll have to check out the terms for each font, but I’m sure most of them are fine.
